I. -Custom Design Build Process-

• Design call to discuss needs and wants
• Pencil Sketch showing basic floor plan with size/dimensions
• General estimate of cost based on overall size, options and installation for approval
• Review and sign any documents needed
• 25% Deposit required, 50% of this initial deposit is a non refundable retainer to get your custom design into a 3D rendering with a tentative installation timeframe. A 25% deposit is required. 50% of this initial depositserves as a non-refundable retainer to initiate the custom design process, including a 3D rendering and a tentativeinstallation timeframe.
• 3D Rendering will be started with a tentative review date provided
• 3D Design approval meeting with discussions for site preparation and tentative install time frame
• Additional 25% deposit required at this time to start ordering materials for fabrication
• Final balance is due in full on or before final completion of onsite installation
• Carolina Coops will do a final walk around with the homeowner or caretaker prior to departure

“Holding Clause”- Carolina Coops will hold your deposit, should you find yourself in a position where you are unable or unwilling to pay the remaining balance at the time of completion and would like to receive your coop at a later date. Carolina Coops will hold the deposit with the understanding that you will provide us with a new completion date to better accommodate your schedule, and will only start the process of building once your coop is PAID IN FULL.

**Please note: If you choose this option, you may be subject to a price increase based on expenses accrued or general price increases over time.

1. Deposits placed on an order to secure an “Expedited Build Slot” is NON Refundable
2. All deposits are refundable, less any retainer, restocking or processing fees applicable.

II. - Invoice may include a charge for shipping, delivery and or turn key service.

- I understand that there may be an additional convenience fee of 3.6% for credit/debit card and PayPal, Venmo or Cash App purchases

**Carolina Coops does offer payment options that are “fee free” for our customers. Please ask your sales representative for more information on this opportunity prior to closing your sale.

III. - I understand that the estimated build time stated on my invoice is ONLY TENTATIVE, not certain or promised. It is my understanding that a delivery timeframe will be determined at a later time, after construction has commenced. All installations are weather pending.

IV. - I understand that only I am responsible for any expenses incurred after delivery or during assembly of my coop.

*Carolina Coops cannot take any responsibility, and is not liable for any damage caused, or expenses incurred by products or services not purchased or provided directly through Carolina Coops. If you choose to hire out the assembly of your coop, Carolina Coops is not responsible for the cost, actions and or quality of that service or final product.

V. - I understand that Carolina Coops is not liable for any injuries I may sustain while assembling my coop or after assembly of said coop is complete.

*Carolina Coops will not be liable for any injuries sustained from our product after it has left our facility or for shipping, or after it has left our truck and trailer during installation. Please see the Product Liability page for more information and instructions for proper use of this product.

VI. - I understand that I am responsible for remitting federal and state sales tax, if applicable. Carolina Coops is not required to collect sales tax in all states.

VII. - I understand that I am responsible for encouraging my chickens to develop their natural instincts, by utilizing the features of my coop to their full potential.

*Carolina Coops is not responsible for any variety of chickens failing to use the features of the coop, as they are designed specifically to encourage the natural instincts of chickens.

VIII. - I have approved and verified the attached proposals, billing, shipping or delivery and purchase information.
