Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after your item is delivered by the carrier to request a return. Returns will be for store credit or exchanges only.

return policy chickenTo be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

For coop accessories, it must be unused, have not already been installed, and the hardware much be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unless an item is damaged or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products.


Affiliate Link Purchases

Any items purchased through affiliate links will be processed through those channels, including any returns. Returns are subject to the individual policy of those manufacturers or companies. Please contact the company directly if there is a problem with your product.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for any unused, unwashed, and uninstalled products. For an exchange, please contact us at weborders@carolinacoops.com first.

Products need to be shipped back to us in the same or comparable packaging to ensure nothing gets broken. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit, minus any shipping fees.

Some products may be eligible for a refund. This is solely at the discretion of Carolina Coops™
